Postage & Payment Information

 

Postage Information:

We will post items on the same-day of receiving payment, or the very next day.

Our UK delivery charge is just £2.00 no matter how large your order is.

All jewellery items will be posted 1st class with Royal Mail and take approximately 1-2 days for delivery.

Glass giftware items such as bowls, plates and candle holders will be posted using Royal Mail's standard parcel service and take approximately 3-5 days for delivery.

All items will be securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

 

World-wide Delivery:

I will deliver any item World-wide. Please email me with your address details and I will confirm the postage costs back to you.

Payment Information:

Payment is accepted through Paypal's secure online checkout system. You do not need to set up an account with Paypal to make a payment.

All major credit and debit cards accepted.

Returns:

I will accept returns if you are not completely happy with your item. Returns need to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item and must be returned with the same or similar packaging to ensure it does not get damaged in the post. We will refund back the cost of the item in full, but are unable to offer a full refund on the postage costs.

If your item arrives faulty, a full refund will be given upon return of the item. We request all returns to be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
