Shipping & Returns

Delivery:

Postage to UK & Ireland costs just £2.00 per order.

Delivery is free on all orders over £35.

All orders are posted 1st class with Royal Mail and takes approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.

A confirmation email and dispatch email will be sent to keep you updated with your order.

Orders will be dispatched within 48hours of receiving payment, although we will usually dispatch all orders within 24hours.

Payment Information:

Payment is accepted by Paypal. Paypal accepts all major debit & credit cards and payments can be made via Paypal secure online checkout system.

You do not need to set up an account to pay with Paypal.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your item for a refund or exchange. Returns need to be sent back within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage costs.

We ensure all our packages are securely wrapped so they arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately.
